An African American albino girl discovers the world of juju in Nigeria.

I quite enjoyed this audiobook by Nnedi Okorafor. Unfortunately, this comic did not do it justice. I had been thinking about educational systems because of the discussions evolving out of the pandemic. This seemed to be quite a contrast from meetings on Zoom. But as she pointed out to me on Twitter, that this is out of context and could be disparaging of things African being barbaric. She must have to deal with that a lot. So I hope people will read the book and see how fascinating and sometimes disturbing this world of Akata Witch is.
