Silicon Valley

Just started watching Silicon Valley. Geeky guys and nothing but guys developing their hopeful little tech start up. Maybe Big Bang theory makes smart guys look dumb. L finds this show much funnier. This seems to portray both their strengths and weaknesses so although it is funny. It seems like less of a caricature. The Peter Principle of rising to your level of incompetence has probably inhibited my pursuit of administrative roles. The mild-mannered guy who invented the code must learn to work with others who have different strengths. I find his challenges compelling and am sympathetic to his struggles.
