Experimental breakfast
I read about a kind of Japanese style way to make oats. So instead of a sweet sort of thing, it could be savoury. This would be better for me, since I am supposed to be cutting back on the sugar. Although the oats themselves are carbs, they are supposed to be high in fibre and not cause spikes in blood sugar, although maybe I am remembering that with more hope that science. In any case, I did not happen to have any miso, but I did have some dashi powder (expired) and I had it with tuna. Not bad.
