Edge of Tomorrow

_Edge of Tomorrow_ was a video game where Tom Cruise gets reborn after being killed, but at least he can remember what happened before, and everything happens the same way again, so he could learn. It’s Groundhog Day with guns and aliens. I suppose the premise works because it is such a dangerous environment that the guy gets killed quite quickly. I don’t know if I would be very good at remembering how things went. Having Emily Blunt as the near super hero in it mingled heroism with a hint of love interest. It didn’t really make sense of course.
