The YMCA organizes an exchange program for teens between Quebec and various other parts of the country. It was our teen’s idea to participate, but we are hosting a youth from Quebec, so we are also integral to the process. This would be fine if a pandemic were not still underway. Hope this is going to work out. It is in principle, a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and experience different cultures. They also get paying jobs in the new place. We still don’t quite have all the final details yet, but it should be interesting in any case.
