In the last while, I have been working on gathering notes on ideas I pick up from books, blogs, podcasts, videos, movies, and so on. I have been trying to use a Zettelkasten approach of keeping the notes relatively atomic and linking related notes. I have been using Devonthink (Mac only) because I already had it for keeping track of projects and I know that it has been very robust and been around for some time. But these systems do say to turn information into knowledge, you need to process it by interpreting it some way. Hence, a blog post.
