This is Where I Leave You

I started to watch This is Where I Leave You because I saw Tina Fey was in it. But her role is relatively small and sad, except where she punches a guy in the face. It is more melodrama than comedy, around four siblings dealing with the death of their father and the emotional turmoil of their own lives. I am concerned that since I have seen more movie characters than real people, my understanding of what the world is really like has been subconsciously skewed. At least this one made me appreciate that my life was mostly better than theirs.
